Background: Julie grew up in Miami Flordia. She loved to go sailing, swimming, and just to lay on the beach and get the most perfect suntan. Julie entered starfleet academy at age 18. Julie was good in all of her classes except for tactical. Julie bearly managed to survive the class. She flirted with one of her classmates until he gave her answers to the final. After Julie graduated, she was assigned to the USS Phoenix and the ships conuselor.
